We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own our content engine end-to-end and turn the engineering work happening inside the company into a brand that founders and operators follow, trust, and hire.

Job description About Us We're a software company building custom software products, AI automation, and data scraping solutions for founders, startups, and SMB operators. Our work ranges from automating internal workflows to building scrapers that pull data at scale and shipping AI-powered tools that replace manual processes. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own our content engine end-to-end and turn the engineering work happening inside the company into a brand that founders and operators follow, trust, and hire.

About the Role This is a full content marketing role, not a posting job. You'll own strategy, calendar, writing, publishing, community, and reporting across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll sit with engineers, understand what they're building, and turn it into content that pulls in the right audience. If you're early in your career but already obsessed with content, voice, and growth, this is the seat.

What You'll Do Own the content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Write everything: long-form LinkedIn posts, X threads, IG captions, TikTok hooks and scripts, plus the occasional blog or case study. Translate technical work (automations, scrapers, AI builds) into content founders and SMB operators actually want to read and share. Shoot, edit, or coordinate short-form video for IG Reels and TikTok — including behind-the-scenes and founder-led content. Build and grow our company accounts from current baseline, and support founder/team personal brands where relevant. Run community management: reply to comments and DMs, engage with target accounts, and build relationships in our niche. Track what's working (followers, engagement, reach, inbound leads) and adjust monthly. Stay on top of trends in AI, automation, and B2B content so we're never the last to a format.

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of accounts you've grown* (company, client, or your own). This is non-negotiable. Bring numbers followers gained, engagement rates, reach, anything concrete.
  • Strong technical writing ability.* You can read about a technology, development, scraper or an AI workflow, ask the right questions, and explain it clearly without dumbing it down or making it sound like a brochure.
  • Excellent written English. Your hooks earn the scroll-stop.
  • Self-directed. We don't want to assign you posts; we want you to tell us what to post.

Nice to have

  • Experience writing for or about technical/B2B audiences.
  • Interest in or basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), or how scraping works.
