Python Django Developer
Train under senior engineers who ship production systems. For early-career backend devs (1–2 yrs) serious about Python/Django and ready to earn their way onto real client projects — not juniors looking for a sandbox.
About the role
About BrainsLogic
BrainsLogic is a senior-only software studio. Funded startups and agencies come to us when they need real engineers shipping production systems — not juniors learning on the client's budget.
That standard is exactly why this role exists. We don't hire seniors off the market and hope; we take sharp early-career developers, train them properly, and move them onto production projects when they're ready. This is how we keep the bar high — and it's how you'll grow faster here than at a shop that treats juniors as cheap hands.
About the Role
Python/Django Developer (1–2 years)
You'll learn, build and maintain real backend services alongside senior engineers — not sit in a sandbox. We care about how you think and how fast you learn, not how many years are on your résumé. If you're serious about backend and want to be trained by people who actually ship, this is the seat.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django
Build REST APIs and integrate third-party services
Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL for data storage and retrieval
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
Debug and troubleshoot across the application
Take part in code reviews and team discussions
What We're Looking For
Atleast 1–2 years hands-on with Python/Django
Strong Python fundamentals
Django or Django REST Framework (DRF)
Solid grasp of RESTful API design
Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Git
Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Basic understanding of deployment and server environments
Nice to Have
FastAPI
Docker / containerization
A cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Basic CI/CD
Async programming
What We Offer
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
Mentorship from senior engineers who ship production systems
Real exposure to production SaaS and AI projects, not busywork
Annual trips, team dinners, and a culture of people who like the work
A clear path from trained junior to production-ready engineer
